Following documents should be submitted at the time of admission.

• Copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate.
• Copy of the Ration Card/ Gas Book / Voter ID / Passport / Letter from office.
• Copy of the Community Certificate or Parent’s Community Certificate.
• Copy of the Report Card from present school. ( I to XI).
• Child’s Passport size photo – 3 copies.
• Copy of original T.C (II – XI).
